✔️In-studio @Essendon and Livestream options - all sessions are 30mins and suitable for all fitness levels from beginners to advanced.

✔️25+ Sessions per week to choose from all sessions 30 minutes and all can be done livestream at home if you can't get to the studio.

✔️Amazing formats exclusive to The HIIT Factory, with fatloss and afterburn in mind (16 different workout formats from HIIT to strength to spin, you will never get bored)

✔️Fitness tests at the start and end of the challenge (these can be done at home via livestream or our members hub at a time that suits you)

✔️Bodyscan options + area to upload measurements and photos

✔️Access to a private members hub - including On Demand Video Workouts - use these if you miss your normal live / studio workout!

✔️6 week mapped out meal plan with lots of vegetarian options 500+ additional recipes
