The aim of this retreat is to re-balance your body and mind using your body and the breath as instruments for transformation.
This retreat is designed specifically for those who want to reconnect with themselves and enhance their body-mind connection through movement, breathwork, meditation, chanting and self reflection.
The workshops are designed for everyone from complete beginners to those what are experienced in breathwork, yoga and meditation.
This is retreat is strongly focused on healing and integration. Through the powerful workshops and exercises facilitated in this retreat you will the past and reconnect and unleash the power of your soul.
Bali is know as the “Island of the Gods” and there is a energy that works with you and through you there that is unlike anywhere else in the world.

5pm: Opening Ceremony w Cacao (Ben)

Day 2: - INTENTION DAY 🙏🏻
Location: Komune Resort
10am - 3pm
Lunch @ 12.30pm
Yoga, Breathwork, Meditation, Embodiment Exercises & Teaching with Ben and Human Design with Anna.

Day 3: - EARTH ELEMENT 🌴
Location: Ubud Villa
9am - Check Out/Drive into the jungle
10am - Yoga, Breathwork, Meditation, Embodiment Exercises & Teaching with Ben.
3pm - Check into Villa in Ubud

Day 4: - WATER ELEMENT 💧
Location: Ubud Villa
9am - Drive to Waterfall Temple
10am - Yoga, Breathwork, Meditation, Embodiment Exercises & Teaching with Ben and Water Cleansing with Joko.
3pm - Return back at Villa in Ubud

Day 5: - FIRE ELEMENT 🌋
Location: Ubud Villa
Sleep in or Mt Batur Hike 😴 🥾
2.00am - Wake up
2.30am - Leave Villa for Mt Batur Hike
4.00am - Begin Mt Batur Hike
6.00am - Watch Sunrise at Mt Batur
8.00am - Return to Car
9.00am - Relax at Hot Springs/Breakfast
10.30am - Leave Hot Springs
12.00pm - Lunch in Ubud
1.00pm - Return to Villa to relax or go shopping in Ubud
