Our “Let Go & Receive” event is designed to help you shed the stresses and anxieties of daily life through a harmonious blend of breathwork, guided meditation and sound journey.

𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀:

we begin by setting our intention with 𝗰𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗮𝗰𝗮𝗼 so we can fully drop into our hearts.

𝗯𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗵𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸

you’ll then be guided through a gentle breathwork practice designed to release pent-up emotions and energy, promoting a deep sense of relaxation and clarity.

𝗴𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

we will move into a calming meditation session. This meditation will help you center your thoughts and open your heart to the experience.

𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗷𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘆

then allow the soothing sounds of singing bowls, shamanic percussion instruments and chimes to wash over you. This immersive sound journey will facilitate deep relaxation and emotional release, leaving you feeling rejuvenated and at peace.
