Delivered as 1 x initial discovery call + 6 x weekly - one on one coaching calls. Receive a workbook, somatic experiencing home practices, customised meditations and journal prompts. Together we will work on letting go of the heavy stuff, the old stories and the un-helpful thinking that makes you feel overwhelmed, anxious, foggy and stuck. We will reveal new pathways that seamlessly and effortlessly create authentic change in your life. We will remove obstacles and beliefs that you can't do it, you are not enough, not ready or worthy of something better. We will dissolve those disempowering dream snatchers like fear, anger, sadness, guilt and conflict. This work will inspire you to think differently about your problems and see yourself as the unlitimed creator of solutions.
